If an independent licensed physician determines a protocol is not appropriate for you, they will communicate that through the clinical portal. EVOLV does not override clinical decisions, physician judgment is final and your health and safety come first.

Prescriptions are set up to renew automatically. Your card is charged and your next shipment goes out every 4 weeks, that works out to 13 orders a year rather than 12. You'll receive a reminder approximately 48 hours before each renewal charge, giving you a chance to cancel, pause, or adjust before it processes. You can cancel, pause, or change your shipping address anytime in your client portal, no need to call anyone. Once a renewal charge has gone through and the order has shipped, it is not refundable.
